Christmas Cheese Cake

This is a cheesecake I have been making for over 20 years. If you follow the “T” recipe, you will have no problem, it is colorful and the most beautiful piece of dough you will ever put in yourself mouth.
1 1/4 cups cookie crumbs
2 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
2 pounds cream cheese
1 cup of sugar
8 ounces sour cream
2 eggs
1 cup of flour
¾ cups heavy cream
2 cups chopped candied cherries, red and green raisins, candied walnuts, and pineapple
½ cup small chocolate chips
In a 5-liter mixing bowl, place 2 pounds of cream cheese and 1 cup of granulated sugar and stir on low speed until cream cheese is smooth and smooth. Place 8 ounces of sour cream in a bowl and continue stirring until it is well mixed. At this time, add two eggs. Stir for 2 minutes, then add 1 cup flour and 3/4 cup heavy cream, stir on 2nd speed until cheesecake batter is smooth and creamy. At this time, the cheesecake mixture should be airy, like ice cream when it comes out of the ice cream maker.
Add candied fruits, raisins, nuts, pineapple, chocolate chips, add everything.
Make a 10 by 2-inch skillet, place the cookie crumbs and 2 tablespoons of the sugar and melted butter margarine in a large bowl, then whisk until smooth, brush the sides of the Skillet with a little softened butter for the crumbs had something to hold onto, arrange the crumbs on sides and bottom of the pan.
Now slowly add the cheesecake mixture to the Skillet to not interfere too much with the crumbs. You should now have a full skillet.
The cheesecake’s total weight with crumbs on the sides should be between 5 and 5-1 / 4 pounds. If you have any leftover batter, refrigerate it, add whipped cream and enjoy.
Preheat the oven to 275 degrees and no more, when the stove hot, place the cheesecake in it and bake for 55 minutes turn off the oven and leave there for 3 hours, after this time you should have the cheesecake more pretty that you have seen. Leave the cheesecake on the table for 1 1/2 hours, then refrigerate for about 2-3 hours. Now take it off the pan and enjoy it.
Before serving, sprinkle with red and green edible glitter, which you can buy at any store with decorations.
